Ordered the Chicken Parmigiana and we were given the option for either salad or fries. Opted in for the fries and it was rich in flavour - great pair. Service was great and fast - our waiter even recommend any nearby places to hit up afterwards. Ambiance was also great.

Virtually zero complaints here. Food was great, I had the tortellini and French onion soup. Exactly what I’d expect. We had Jacob as a server who was attentive and friendly. It was very busy and yet we never felt neglected. Atmosphere is very nice and cozy. Haven’t been to this restaurant for many many years and now I don’t know why I haven’t been here in so long. Shame on me.

It's been years since I've been here... Every one of the staff are so well trained.. They are attentive to your needs,they don't rush you.. We had a 6 year old at our table who orders for himself. They treated him,like a young man,which he is..wait staff were patient and had a nice conversation with him.. The portions are just right...loved the little loaves of bread,that they serve.. I can see why they have been successful for over 40 years..they have a GREAT formula Select good people, deliver quality food,at a reasonable price,and include dessert in the meal... I/we,will definitely be back...and we'll make sure to tell friends and family to also put The Old Spaghetti Factory on the list ... A true gem,a MUST visit..

Had an absolutely amazing tasting anniversary dinner here Our server, Summer, was friendly and pleasant to deal with. We had a little bit of wait time, which wasn't unbearable. Considering that it was very busy, it was completely understandable. The atmosphere/decor makes it feel like you're in a bygone era, really cool! We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience & will most definitely be coming back here in the future!

The food was great. We each ordered lunch sized portions, which I am so happy they have this option now. I ordered the tortellini pomodoro it was good, the only thing is I noticed that there were a bit of vegetables that were not soft, but it didn't ruin the meal for me. He ordered the steak and fries which he enjoyed. Our waitress was very friendly, she was attentive to us and making sure that we had everything we needed. The staff are friendly. The food came out on time. We are very happy.

Such an amazing and delicious place. The interior defiantly felt very comforting and the servers were welcoming and amazing. It’s a little dim inside which give it that nice feel. I ordered the Spaghetti and Meat Balls and man do I recommend it. I also recommend the mushroom and cheese soup. The calamari was crisp and amazing. I defiantly recommend this restaurant and I will definitely return to have a meal here. Pricing is very affordable.
